Hinduism has been around for many centuries. During that time, many additions and changes to the religion have been proposed. Your guides Adam Chang and Raj Gill and will now attempt to guide you on this journey of infinite knowledge. However before we embark, we will introduce ourselves first.
Greetings, people call me Adam Chang and I am pleased to make your acquaintance. I do not have a particular religion though my ancestors (who originate from Taiwan by the way) religion can be traced back to Christianity or Buddhism. I have an older brother and a younger twin sister. This school year, my two main goals are to expand my social circle and to achieve an overall average of at least 90%. Without a doubt my strongest subject is chemistry and I strive to become either a game designer or some sort of a job in science.
Adam will be covering Hindu history, belief and worship.
My name is Raj Gill and my background is Indian. I was born in Canada and the religion I follow is Sikhism. I enjoy learning about different cultures and how their perspective differs from my perspective. I also like art and I like to play sports. I also have an interest in mechanics and how things work. I hope to one day become an architect, so that I can design unique buildings.
Raj will be covering Hindu festivals and celebrations.
